Our Story
Hey there
We're Origin Chess Academy — built by players who started with nothing but a chessboard and a big idea.
Our story began when we saw talented players all around us, but no proper guidance, no focused coaching, and no real path forward.
So, back in 2021, we started the Karachi University Chess Club. We trained hundreds of complete beginners, organized tournaments, and led our teams to major National-level wins.
But, the more we taught, the more we realized how many people wanted to learn chess, but didn't know where to start.
That's when Origin was born.
What started as a university initiative has now grown into a full chess academy, offering personalized coaching for beginners of all ages.
And we're just getting started.
